Hundred Acre 2005 Deep Time
99 points, RobertParker.com (Issue # 219 - June 2015)The very limited cuvee, the 2005 Deep Time is another amazingly well-balanced, incredibly pure, rich, profound Cabernet Sauvignon that is like a concentrated essence of Cabernet. Despite the much longer sojourn in new oak casks, the wine seems to show less wood than its two peers. Deep, rich, and full-bodied, with wonderful silky tannins and a magnificent mouthfeel, this is another killer effort from Jayson Woodbridge. Bravo!
